Our next Chateau Dore Menu Tasting session will be held on Friday 16th of February from 7pm.

There are 2 sessions available for you to taste our canape, main course and dessert menu items. Tickets to attend both sessions are also available.

We will have some of our favourite creatives and suppliers here on hand for you to meet, along with live music and the opportunity to explore the property. Drinks are included in the ticket price.

Session 1: $25 – Canapes on the lawn (7:00pm – 9:00pm)
Session 2: $75 – Main course and dessert (8:30pm – 10:30pm).

Pan-seared and roasted lamb rump on apricot and date spiced cous-cous, mint and lemon yoghurt

Oven Roasted Porterhouse

with a mustard and garlic crust, light jus and horseradish cream

Chicken Roulade

stuffed with velvet pumpkin, spinach, pinenuts and parmesan
